I would not really consider this an artistic photo shoot but it is definately a "real" experienceFor those of you who have never seen a horse lose his "manhood", here you go! I have kept in mind that some are not too interested in seeing all the "details", so the photos are very "G" rated! I do have photos that are very up-close and personal that are quite amazing but I am trying to respect those who would not be too thrilled to have a birds eye view!
This vet was just wonderful, full of life, humor and so relaxed. A great addition to Carleton County and it would be wonderful if he could stay here!

These photos were great! You're right Thomas would be a wonderful asset to Carleton County. I too hope he sticks around. PS- Rosco is recovering very nicely, although he's mourning the loss of his "manhood"!
poor horse
So we took photos to celebrate this??? Interesting. Considering its not done all too humanely to begin with. It seems like a very weird and inappropriate thing to photograph. To each their own I suppose........
I appreciate all the comments and points of view...knew this one would create a bit of a wave!! By the way, the horse was put to sleep so no pain at all! Now, he faces a better life as it will calm him down and be able to go out in the pasture with the other horses rather than stay inside...that is quite humane!
